With the spacer installed in the mount, do you get absolute co-witness?

I don't have mine installed but believe it is 1/3 and if you remove the spacer it's absolute others may chime in to correct me

With the spacer removed it looks to me like a little lower than absolute, I don't like it at all w/o the spacer. I'm going by the military CCO's though, I think the mount is the same height.
