| If the answer is somewhere I apologize, couldn't find it. Anyway I just got a PA 30mm red dot with their high mount, and I thought that would make it a lower 1/3rd cowitness but it's absolute with the front sight post. Is there a different mount I should get for lower 1/3rd? Or am I looking through it wrong? (could be as it is my first red dot) Thanks for advice. |

There is a lot of confusion about cowitness. It refers to the position where the irons (font looking through the rear) line up in the sight window. This video should help.

Thanks Marshall. That helped but, I may be being dense, but I still don't see how I get the lower 1/3rd cowitness. Is it the mount I'm using? Turn the red dot off. If you have our high cant mount the irons should line up below the center of the red dot sight window. Right at the top of the lower 1/3. It that not what you are seeing? Email me your order # and I will look up what mount you have. |

You guys are as good as everyone says. Super fast shipping btw. :) |
