I am looking for a red dot scope, for my AR, but I don't want to put a ton of money into it because I have never used one before and don't know if I will really like it. I have seen some good reviews on the redfield counterstrike?
Do yall have any opinions? |
| I took a look at one recently and it looked nicely put together. I really gave it a lot of consideration, but a couple things made me hold off. First, all of the reviews I've seen just say it's nice but they are all seem to be from industry people rather than users. I could find a single detailed review. Second, i really don't want the laser and wasn't willing to have that when I don't know how this sight compares to the other models. It is made in China according to the packaging, but there are other Chinese optics with good performance in the same price range or lower. I was looking for something to put on a 6.8 for hunting, and finally settled on an Eotech XPS. Again, I am interested in the Counterstrike but I want to see some detailed user evaluations before I drop a couple hundred bucks on it. |
