Here's the short list:
-Parallax, they have it. -The objective is about as unprotected as as you can get. A firm enough nudge to it and zero shifts -The dot is visible from the other side of the glass from some angles (IIRC) -The battery life is poor -You have to remove the optic to replace the battery, and then rezero -The diodes burn out Otherwise they're perfectly fine sights. Supposedly very fast, and I doubt you'll find a 'real' red-dot with a better FOV. It boils down to if you can get it for $150 it might be worth it for the cool factor, but it's not a SHTF or a serious defensive optic, not anymore. |

I have one on a SBR and love it due to the low profile and very sharp dot (sharpest of any optic I have including a T1 - I have an astigmatism)
You do not have to remove the optic to replace the battery I have only changed the battery once in over 10 years and not due to failure, but just felt it was time I have one of the older plastic models and would not argue that it was "battle hardened". I do not treat my rifles rough and it has never lost zero While I would not put it in the same class as a T1, I do think they are overlooked as a nice optic |

okay, now I'm confused. Isn't the battery compartment cover that panel between the diode and the objective platform, accessed from the top? Guessing it varies by model, they make several. While I have no experience with their optics I was less then thrilled by their customer service on the phone after trying to find out info on a C-More product I bought by mistake after being misled by the seller. |
