So I picked up a used TA33 on the EE; got it today.  Something is not right here.  When I look through it the left side of the horseshoe reticle is really thin, but the right side and most of the top side are the normal thickness I'm used to on my other TA33.  They are both yellow.

As I move my eye position on my first TA33 the illuminated horseshoe stays equally bright and thick.  When I move my eye on the new one the illuminations fades to almost nothing then gets slightly better; it's never what I would call fully thick like my first or other ACOGs

Any ideas?  What do I do?

I think I'd be on the phone with Trijicon first thing in the morning.

How do I play that?  I've got the unfilled warranty card, but I bought it on EE.

Be honest, no matter which way it ends up. You'll sleep better at night.

I had a similar issue as far as a used TA33 with an unfilled warranty card.  I told them as much.  Trijicon said since I had the unfilled warranty card that I was good to go.  It was repaired without any issues.  I think you will be good to go.
