Anybody use this?? I have one I bought for my 930 Spx. I have  a RRA dominator mount coming and thinking of hanging this off at a 0100 or 1100 mount until I get the 512..using the irons on the RRA mount as primary sights.

I've got one sitting on an Ultimak AK. Has stood up to AZ heat and multiple mag dumps so hot I couldnt touch and hold it. Its has held zero for +2000 rounds and 2+ years. As much as i want to put an aimpoint on this gun i cant justify $500 when this optic has proven itself well for only $90. So If you want my opinion it is this,,,,,, I onlly own one but im not selling it

oh yeah battery life is pretty good for a budget optic as well never timed it but it is on its 2nd or maybe third battery in the almost 3 years i have had it.

Excellent budget MRD.  Has a very good rep for durability.  I've been using two of them on AKs for years now.

I second what the others say. Best of luck ever finding any red dot not made by Aimpoint that compares in battery life. Instead of the good I'll list my two complaints with it. The mounting options are lacking, and they could have toned down the lens coating a little bit as I don't even think the highest brightness setting is ever needed. Even on an incredibly hot sunny day I can use it on setting 7 perfectly.

Now there are Leapers UTG railed risers that can put the TRS-25 at absolute and at lower 1/3 cowitness heights. Those are your 2 most popular mounting configs.

Yep. I'm using the .83" one myself. But the base of the TRS doesn't allow itself to using an integrated quick detach mount.

Getting one for my 10/22, but always hear AK guys bragging about them.

Based on reviews on ARFCOM, I went ahead and bought one today, Walmart gave me a deal I couldn't pass up, Last one they had, Display model in the case, $79.99

If it will hold up on an AK, it should be allright on may AR

So far, so good on mine. I use the UTG mounts btw. However, if you really want a 512, I'd save the $99 for a TRS25 and put towards the Eo.

The 512 wil be ordered when ADCO gets them back in stock. I have the TRS on hand. I have 2 other 512's, one on my Stag Model 1 and one on my Sabre Professional. Just thought I would throw the TRS on my Windham for shits and giggles..I have an extra RRA dominator mount for buis..

Thanks for help..

A friend of mine put one on this:

It worked out so well, he put another one on this (don't laugh; this thing groups less than 2" at 100yds):

I have one on a 10/22 and another on a Browning Buckmark. None of them have had any problems.

Are you saying that an RRA Dominator mount works on a Mossberg 930SPX with the OEM front sight assembly?

No, but if you had read the entire thread, you would known that...but I may just have to test that out...In the initial post I did fail to say it's going on an AR...

Great optic.  I bought one and sold it(stupidly and hastily).  Just bought another one because I couldn't find something as cheap but quality.  Bushnell makes good optics.  This sight does have the greenish tint, but otherwise it's very clear and a good 3moa dot size.  I mount it with the UTG high riser mount for lower 1/3 cowitness.

I realize this is the AR section but I did a quick video a while back about the Ultimak/TRS combo.  Quick summary--it's a good bang for the buck.    I've ran it on my 870s as well without an issue.

Its the ONLY budget RDS i recommend. I have T-1s but for the cost I can add these to all my range guns, get basically the same performance at 1/8th the cost.

I love them.

Avoid the "Factory Refurb" deals you see on occasion. I ordered 2. Both were noticably dimmer than one I already had (had new batteries in them, reading 3.3v). Real disappointed. Sent them back, ordered 2 factory new ones and am happy with them. Almost as bright as my Aimpoints.
