| I am curious if there is a decent red dot sight that can be had for about $100. I put an old Centerpoint red dot sight on my new DPMS but found that it has a big problem with parallax. Is this common with red dot sights in general or just the bad ones? Not that I expect to shoot precise, tiny groups using a red dot but while shooting today it was obvious that mine would not allow for much accuracy. The dot on mine must be about 8 moa since it would cover a 4" bullseye at 50 yds. |

Is anyone familiar with the Mueller-optical-1x22x-33mm-quick-shot-waterproof-red-dot-scope? It seems to get high marks from a lot of people and I kind of like this style of sight as opposed the the tubular ones. Is there any advantage or disadvantage with regards to the tubular vs open top sights?

Fixed base Micros are due next week. We also have the TRS25 with AR height riser.
