[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Modify my first AR15

Just bought my first AR15. It is the CMMG M4 LE(link below). I want to change the gas block and remove the standard fixed front sight, add a flip up sight and different hard guard. Wanted to get some ideas or suggestions. Thanks.
