Anyone shooting the Strikefire use the supplied magnifier? If so, what are your thoughts on how it works? Looking at maybe picking up one of these sights.

I LOVE my StrikeFires, but the supplied magnifier is not all that great in comparison to the aftermarket magnifiers. I've read that the Vortex aftermarket magnifier is the best bang for the buck. Personally I wish they would drop the price of the StrikeFire a little bit and NOT supply the magnifier ... that is if the cost of the magnifier is not significant.

The Vortex is a great optic for the money.  The magnifier sucks though.  Really narrow field of view.  Buy a Strikefire and then buy a Primary Arms magnifier if you want one.

The Magnifier blows. The Strikefire on the otherhand is great for its price.

Thanks for all the replies folks. Gonna pick one up tomorrow and not worry about the magnifier. Local guys are telling me I won't need it anyway.
