I'm looking to upgrade my optic from a Primary Arms micro dot, to the Burris Fastfire III. The only problem I have with the PA micro dot, is the tint on the glass. I do a lot of shooting at night, and I can tell the difference between that and my Aimpoint H1. How is the glass on the Fastfire, is there a tint or nice and clear? |

I didn't see any tint in the one I looked through. I had one on preorder from OP, but had to cancel....will get one someday due to the price over RMRs.
I actually like the tint in the T1––but I've never shot at night with it. Though with a weapons light, I bet it wouldn't matter. |

I was pretty much set on another Aimpoint for my HK USC/UMP conversion, but thought I might try something different...and save $250 |

I'm in a similar boat––except it's for a .22AR Pistol not an UMP (I wish!).
The Militaty Moron guy ran an MRDS TYPE sight like the FF3 for a year before going to the T-1...he liked it. (from the other post: the AR-f3 shroud doesn't fit the FF3....that comes out in Fall.) |
