What height? For a AR.  LaRue makes a great set of QD rings that are .875 high. Index bar on the bottom helps to put them back in the same spot

The height to go on a flattop with Iron backups so i could use them with the scope possibly?

There are a lot more QD one piece mount options for a AR than separate rings. LaRue, ADM, Bobro are the most popular QD one piece mounts  A low flip up rear will fit under the scope but you won't be able to use the irons with the scope in place.
