I have a red dot sight from the late 1980s. I believe the IDF used this back then (perhaps not under this commerical name). Except for the size and weight, this thing is great. I'm not sure what the MOA dot size is, but it's pretty small, and what I really like is that the dot will "auto adjust" depending upon the light source your pointing at. If in dark, it dims automatically, if pointing at a bright object, the dot automatically become brighter. Battery life seems pretty long as well
I am thinking of going to something more modern (smaller and lighter), but are there other red dots with the auto dot brightness feature? It seems many I have seen the user must make the dot brightness adjustments.
