Was told it was. Has a forge mark that looks like a Cardnial. No other markings.

Once its taken off the rifle, there is no way of knowing.

We can tell that some Carry Handles are not Colt.  For example, Bushmaster Carry Handles are to a different height.

Who knows who machined it......it is mil spec height, though.
