cant really tell the difference beside extra $100 and one has a twilight feature.
if it matters, i'm using it for AR and remington 700 .308

The Rifleman uses friction adjustments (the VX-II uses click) and does not have the Multicoat 4 lenses.
I would pass on any Rifleman product.





If you are worried about the price, get the Vortex Diamondback 3.5-10x50. It is a better scope than either and while I think the Multicoat 4 coating is a bit better than the fully multi coating of the Diamondbacks, the Vortex has a one piece tube, which the Lupy's don't, and the lenses are not that much better.
