| Anyone know a spotting scope in the price range of less then $600 that can see a 5.56 bullet hole at 300 yards? |

A lot of seeing the hole at 300 is going to depend on the lighting.
At Camp Perry, I can see the hole with my Konus scope at 300 because there is nothing behind the target (just Lake Erie) At my local club with a berm behind the target and less light it is very difficult to see the hole. I use a Konus 20-60x 80mm spotting scope. |
