I stumbled on a few KAC micros at a price I could not pass up. Upon closer inspection I noticed these have USMC markings on them, I'm thinking these were to go on a DMR . Anyone seen these before?

They're for the M16A4, MK12 Mod 1, and IIRC, the M27 IAR.
