| I purcahsed a new Eotech XPS2-0 sight for my rifle the other day, after a total of 50 rounds it just quit working. I contacted Eothech and their customer service seems to be good, I have the unit returned right now and I'm waiting for the repair, my question is is any one else having problems with these sights, I have ran an Eothech 512 for a few years now and have never had the least bit of trouble form it. But as this is a newer design, I was wondering if I just got a bad one or if there are others out there having issues with theirs. |

I was still in my return period so I just got a refund and went with Aimpoints. You could have loosened the battery cover and retightened it and the problem would have went away (for a little while). There have been others have the same issue. ETA... mine that failed was mounted on a 458SOCOM and failed after 45 rounds I had another on a 9MM AR that didn't fail but it was hard for me to put my trust in them after the one failed. |
