Hello All -

I just bought this upper and it's been great except for one thing. I have a carry handle on it that I've used on other guns, and the windage needed to be moved significantly to the left. The gun is zeroed now. Is this normal? If not, how can I fix it?

Thanks for the help.

Looks OK. I wouldn't worry about it.

Seen worse.

If it bothers you, you can loosen up the barrel nut,
try to twist the barrel over, and retighten it.

Could be a little play in the slot in the upper receiver.

Normal. Fine adjustments can be made by adjusting the windage. If it doesn't line up straight with the FSP but hits your POA then you're good to go.

Personally I would not accept any upper that requires so much windage adjustment.
If you do not have tools to correct it yourself, send it back.

It's just fine as it is, if you shoot the gun and hit where you aim you are GTG as it is. I cannot believe what some people find wrong with guns. I used them as tools of the trade for many years and wanted something 100% reliable and something that hit where it was pointed or aimedwhen it was needed. That little buit of windage adjustment is of no matter, unless it matters to YOU for some reason....<><.....

When I put my Troy flip-ups on, I had to move the rear sight so it looks just like yours, but to the right.  I wouldn't worry about it.
