| When I sighted my AR in at 25 yards it is about 10 inches high at 100. The scope is mounted low on the handle. Is this typical? |

yup, that's about right for carry handle mounted scopes. Unfortunately its just the geometry of the high height over bore scope.
Typically with irons, you're 6-7" high at 100y, with a 25y zero. I like the 50/200y zero. Only 2-3" high at 100y with your approximate sight height. 25y is really close range, and I'd even recommend one on a defensive gun. |
