I have a stag model 3 carbine and recently replaced my old rail with a troy 7 in free float system.
I have flip up sights but was thinking about maybe adding the 'traditional' m4 style fixed front sight.

I was wondering who sells them? I looked around but couldn't find a complete front sight.

Also, i have a low profile gas block. I will need to remove the gas block to put on this sight right?
Any input is appreciated.

Judging by your question (and please don't take offense, none is meant; simply trying to help), unless you have machining experience then installing a standard pinned front sight is not an easy task. You will need to align the sight just rift and drill the barrel, Ream the holes, and install the taper pins. It's not a 'drop-in' type of armorer job. If you've never done it or anything close to it then it's not recommended attempting.

Im aware of needing a professional gunsmith to do it. I would just like to get the look it brings with the standard front sight. will i need to buy one that is marked 'f?' and how much do you think installation of a base would cost

Go to the "Build It Yourself Section" in this forum.

There are instructions, and I have used them successfully, to install a standard FSB on your barrel using set screws.

The above link is similar but not the one I found on this forum.

I did not mill flats in my barrel nor remove my bayonet lug and it works great.
