How do you guys feel about buying one of these optics that is used for $175?  Says its in great shape.  Seem reasonable?  Give me a little feedback on your thoughts of the scope.  Thanks.

Check for the "fungus" by closing the front cap (or putting your hand over it) and cranking the illumination up to full.  If you don't see a spiderweb-like pattern, or "hairs" all over the lens, you're good to go.  To my knowledge that is the only issue folks have had with them.

The DMS is an entry level scope.  Nice features, but you sure can tell that they saved money in the glass they used.  And yes, I do own one.

I been running mine for 3+ years now. The last match NYS Tactical Rifle match. I was able to hit 20 of 21 steel targets (7 shots from 3 different positions), from 100 meters out to 300 meters. At typical stage ranges 7 yards to 50 yards the 1x setting works very well for me. The daytime illumination is weak but the 10 M.O.A. circle and 1 M.O.A. dot are always there. That said, I'm seriously lusting after one of those Super Sniper 1-4x scopes. Good luck with your choice.
