I have debated for a long time whether or not to get an ACOG for my Colt 6920. I have finally decided to buy one, and I need your input on which one to get.
There are so many different models it is pretty bewildering as far as choosing the reticle and whatnot. I guess I'm trying to find out which one the .mil uses and stick with that.
Also are they compatible with a PVS-14 night vision monocular? Thanks for the input folks.

It is not what the .mil uses, but I like my TA33.  I have a red chevron and I am thinking about having it switching to the horseshoe in the future...

Check e-bay, sometimes you can score some GREAT deals. I got my ACOG for TR31 for $800, including shipping.

And, the LaRue mount for it is great, RCO, or something like that.

You'll like it. It is fun to shoot with.

Keep in mind this is NOT some kind of precision match scope, just gives you magnification, and VERY clear optics to get you in center mass effectively, every shot, at 100 and beyond.

Good stuff.

I agree, I have a TA33 with the green horse shoe and I really like it.

Here is a website with a pretty good comparision of the various ACOG features:

Military Warfighter ACOG Comparision

I highly recommend getting whichever you pick from SWFA.  They have a great selection and will price match anything you find on another company's website.

BTW, I went with the TA31FRMR.
