Depends upon which version of Adobe Reader you are using.

The older versions have a button for Scaling the PDF. You click the 'None' button.

Newer versions have a Size Options button and you would click on 'Actual Size' button.

FWIW I used your 25-yard for 100 yard zero target with a scoped gun and it worked out great. When I finally made it to a 100 yard range to confirm elevation was perfect.

These may be designed for aim points  but will work pretty good for any optic the same height over the bore.

Optics FAQ, entry #7. I've put up some charts for two bullet types and a bunch of different zeroes. Also read the article written by Sylvan in regards to what his choice for a combat zero should be.

As far as the EOTech being different from the Aimpoint: Makes no difference what sight you're using. A zero is a zero. The only thing that matters is if the sight-in target provides numerical adjustment info; if one sight moves 1/2" at 100 and another 1/4" at 100, then there'll obviously be a difference.

Height over bore differences between various optics will make a difference.

These things confuse me. I just got an Aimpoint H-1. Mounted it on a Larue 660 tall mount for a 1/3 co-witness. Can I use the 2moa target at 25 yards and still be on at 100 yards?  Thanks.

yes--use the 25 meter target. Aim for the middle colored dot area, but adjust impact to the center of the lower "grey" bullseye.

OK, I didn't know if it would matter that the optic sits higher from the muzzle than iron sights or a standard mounted optic/scope.

now I got my Aimpoint H1, I'm going to take this knowledge and targets to the range.
unfortunately, I can only go to an indoor range (winter conditions in suburbs of Chicago at the moment) that is around 25yards per http://www.article2range.com/gun-range/

I just want to confirm my scaling.

when printed, how tall is the grid?  e.g. just the grid portion form the 36 mark on bottom  to the 36 mark on top.

Great targets! I had just made some offset targets for my Soldiers, then thought I would check to see what was already out there, these are way better than mine. I'm going to use these in a demo for Soldiers in some upcoming training. Thank you for sharing these with us!

I don't know if I've asked this or not.

I it possible for you to do something for a 12moa triangle? I'm using a Merprolight M21 with that reticle, and it is actually really crisp on the edges, so using the point works real well for accuracy. I do thing a target with an aiming point that will allow the tip to mate against it would be beneficial for sighting in, and for me, testing loads as well since I am scope free right now.

I will try and get a photo up of the reticle. I tried, but my droid camera isn't cooperating. basically, it's a triangle, point to the top, not inverted.

taking into account the targets, will this work to zero an acog to 100yds also?  sorry if this is a stupid question.  I need to re-zero after remounting my acog and the only range locally with anything further then 25yds is 50miles away..

I wonder if the original poster that provided these would have them for an Ak47...i used these on my new daniel defense with an eotech and it was effortless.

The first one should work fine for any rifle with a red dot sight... It's the adjusted distance targets that are specified for AR's (sight height)

Atleast thats what I'm thinking

i used it with a regular milldot glass optic and it was pretty damn close to perfect at 100yds, just minor tweaks but within 4 shots i had a near perfect zero.  Definitely a good help

Thanks for these targets. I used the first one to zero my EOtech 553 the other day. I think I got it pretty close. The limiting factor for me is that my middle aged eyes have a heck of a time seeing the bulls-eye at 50 yards without any magnification. Indoor range lighting never seems bright enough either. Do others have that issue or are my eyes getting particularly bad?

My eyes are pretty bad too, so I just have to really work the fundamentals at 50 and 100 without magnification, and have a really good rest for my carbine.

Could we get these targets adjusted so they would work for a rifle like the Tavor which has a 3.7 inch height over bore rather than the standard 2.3-2.8 (forget what it is exactly on an AR-15) inch height of the standard AR-15?
