I monted my aimpoint pro on top of my A1 carry handle. It came with the qrp2 mount from aimpoint. My question is if i take off the handle after use would i have to zero it in again after i clamp it back on?

You will probably have to re-zero it. I have a quick detach mount on my gun and if I take it off and put it back on, I have to adjust. You will mainly see differences in longer ranges.
