I am just wondering if anyone has found any review out there?

SKD tactical is running another group buy and this time it is for the PRO. Including the QRPII its $375 shipped.

Also are there any other batteries besides the 1/3 that will work

Mine came today and it is very nice. It is my FIRST hi quality optic.

As you can see there isnt really any space to use a magnifier with the supplied mount.

I will admit though the mount is very nice. It is easy to remove and put back and retains zero.

My FAVORITE thing about this optic is the see through rear cover. It would be nice if the front was too. I wonder why they didnt make it see through too? Also I'm not sure why my camera makes it look blue, but the optics are perfectly clear and with the naked eye I cannot see any discoloration

Aimpoints have always had that discoloration of a blue tint

You should be able to see it with your regular eyesight, I notice it..

So is this PRO basically the replacement of the comp m2 ?

It actually came with the manual for a comp m3/ml3.

It seems to be marketed towards law enforcement.

In my mind it will replace the M2, because its a far better value.

I don't mind the rear being the only clear piece. You can still see a dot on target with the black front closed. Kinda neat. I love mine so far, just got it today, and I'm really liking the mount. It's very sturdy. Seems like a sweet set-up

With the included QRP2 mount is it absolute cowitness?  Or is it set up for 1/3 cowitness?  I personally like 1/3 cowitness myself.

Absolute co-witness

There apparently is a spacer you can buy that makes it 1/3

It's not absolue co-witness, as it ships.  More like lower 1/3.

In comparison to my Larue LT129 which is 1/3 cowhiteness the QRPII mount is way lower.

Does anyone know if you can replace the mount that comes with it with a LaRue mount?
