On Bushnell's 3200 scopes. Will a 10x40 scope accept the sun shade for a 3200 from an elite tac 40mm scope?

It should, yes. 40 is 40 is 40 and within the same series (3200) if not even the whole Bushnell line, threading should be the same. I have the Elite 3200 5-15x40 with sunshade, however I have not tried putting in on different scopes. I'd be very suprised if it was not interchangeable.

I guess i should be more precise. Is the 10 x 40 threaded to accept a sun shade?

my 2 are fairly old 6-7+ years. They are not threaded for a sun shade. new production may be different.
