I was considering ordering from Botach but this post had me curious so I done a little research and discovered a lot of Customer service complaints on Botach. I think I will pass and order from somewhere else. Is an awesome deal but I like to avoid problems.

Why not order from Larue or any other dealer here on the ARFCOM first. Botach not too long ago was removed from this site for horrendous business dealings and there has been MANY, many terrible reports over the years. Give the other ARFCOM dealers a shot that is what their here for.  Hope this helps.

Vic Agreed. If I'm gonna spend money somewhere I'll try to do it with 1) an honest business, 2) an American company, and 3) an ARFCOM site sponsor. As far as I know, BOTACH is none of those. ETA: Quoted:
You might try emailing Marshall from primary arms on the H-1. In another thread about the XPS eotech he matches Botach's price and offers cheaper shipping. This is good to know.

Just received an email advising me that they are in fact sold out even though the website showed them having at least 3 in stock.
Was told that it was a simple website error that they would fix and sorry for the mistake. What's great is that they have responded very quickly to all my emails. Ironically however they apparently sold out rather quick after I posted the link, so quick in fact that I was not even able to order one myself.
