| Does anyone find that a scope can limit access to the factory charging handle? I've read the posts about the BCM, but notwithstanding doctrine, I'd prefer to operate the charging handle with my right hand. Is there another solution? |
| Of course a scope can limit access to a std charging handle. It depends upon the size of the eye piece and what type of mounting system you use. This is part of the reason that they make different types of latches and the BCM gunfighters that you mentioned. With my XTR-14's eye piece being right at the rear of the receiver, I used a Badger tac latch and now a BCM mod 3 which is much better. |
