I have a Vortex SPARC and a Matech BUIS, and I'm wondering if its ok to have my primary optic and buis sighted for different ranges?
The Matech was sighted first at 25Y using the 300Y setting.
The SPARC was zeroed at 100 Y.

That is not a good idea. The whole point of a BUIS is for a backup if your optic fails. You don't want your BUIS sighted in for long range and your optic for CQB or vice versa. Keep them the same if you can.
