Little help please...What is the going value ($$$) for the the following ACOG? Guy claims the condition is "new" but is missing case and paperwork.

Used acogs are between 500-800 bucks...if it's more than that then it needs to be BRAND NEW...but it's worth whatever you'd be willing to pay really
