Walking up to the target and physically measuring the POIs when doing the final zeroing is the most accurate for me. If checking a zero or changing the zero from one known distance to another known distance, I use a spotting scope. Spotting scopes are mounted and more of a stable platform, so I can spend my time looking at the target instead of focusing on holding the binoculars steady. |
