I was wondering how much lighter are these. I've found different stats on some web sites. So I was looking for real world use input. Battery life, weight, mounting options, etc.
And who has he best price on these? |
| Well it depends on which of the models in the XPS series you are considering. Yes...they are light. The XPS2-0 weighs in at 8.8oz compared to the 512 which weighs in a 11.5oz. The XPS series run off of (1) lithium 123 battery so battery life is slightly less at 600 hours as compared to the 1,000 hours on the 512. The advantages to weight savings, extra space on your upper, and the transverse battery position really make it worth the money. Check your email. |

I have the XPS 2-2 and I love it. However, come to find out, I'm more of a scope kind of guy and I want to sell mine to pay for a good scope. I was going to put it up on ebay. I wish I could afford to keep it but I can't. Let me know if you're interested and maybe we can work out a deal.
I've only had it on for 2 months, shot about 200 rounds with it mounted. It's practically brand new. |
