[ARCHIVED THREAD] - sighting in

All I have access to right now is a 25 yard range I have a 1-4 power scope mounted in a Burris PEPR mount using the 69 grain federal load. Where should I be hitting at 25yards to be 1.5 inches high at 100 yards?
