I have an EoTech XPS. Can I use any magnifier with it, like an Aim point? Does it line up properly?

Depends on the mount. Yes you can use a Aimpoint 3X. We have mounts that will line up and so does LaRue

Don't mean to high-jack your thread but you may be wondering this also. What is the better magnifier Aimpoint or Eotech G23.fts?
