I would like some suggestions on scout mounts and type of red dot optics to use for a2 type uppers please.

I think Bushmaster has the mounts. I do remember that set-up worked very well for close in shooting and 100 yds or 200 yds. Since converted, thus sold mount. |
| went ahead and put a regular carry handle mount on because some one give to me. I mounted a konus micro red dot on the rail and I liked the set up. So I bought another rail and put a vortex strikefire with the low ring mount and it does not bother me either. I think it will work for me untill I get a flattop. |
