I need three replacement scope mount screw assemblies exactly like what is pictured below. The below screw is taken from a GGG 1” Light Mount and is of good quality.

However, I have a scope mount that I inherited from my father and the screws on it seem poorly made. The paint is chipping off of them, and one of them seems stripped. The GGG assembly below works perfectly as a replacement and is exactly what I need although I need 3 of them. So where can I order something like this without having to buy an entire mount?
