I am attempting to install my Aimpoint ML3 in my Larue mount.
How do I know if its in the mount straight and not rotated?

you honestly have to eyeball it. unless you have a small level
its much much easier if you mount the LaRue to your rifle first

Put the mount on the rifle.
Put a level on the top rail of the rifle and secue the rifle in place.
Remove the top cap on the aimpoint, place in the mount and then put the level across the adjustment housing on the Aimpoint.
