Anyone use a Promag PM137 Dual Aperature Folding Rear Sight? I'm going to put one on each of the carbines I'm building for my daughter and son-in-law. I got them for a good price and figured they were as good as most to use on rifles that will eventually get a scope or red dot optic.

With their reputation? It's a GG&G MAD rip off, of which I'm not a fan, even less so for a copy

I don't like that the sight blocks out a lot of peripheral vision around the target, even though I use it with both eyes open.
