to go with the Comp ML3 for my rifle. Really need to know what all of your thoughts are between the 2 dot and 4 dot. I have heard some people say that they cannot pick up the 2 dot very fast, and I want to avoid that problem. I am going to get the Larue LT150 mount as well. Any thoughts??

I just got the ML3 with a 4 MOA dot and the LT-150 mount. I am really happy with the 4 MOA. You can always turn it down and it looks smaller. I honestly wouldnt want the dot any smaller, I shoot no further than 100 yards though.

1MOA is = to 1 inch at 100 yards. So 4 MOA is only 4 inches at a hundred yards. That sounds like a lot but four inches at a 100 yards is not much.

I have limited experience with Aimpoints
I also have very good vision

The 2moa dot for me was not hard at all to pick up, but harder to pick up than an EOtech reticle
The 4moa dot is great for CQB, But it is huge when your target is at a distance

I like the 2 moa. All you have to do is turn it up for the dot to appear bigger. The 2 moa is much better for precision shots.

I have the 4 moa.
It works great out to 75-100 yards, but after that it gets hard to hit small targets.
The 4 is faster than the 2, but the 2 is more precise.
YMMV.
