Are Pentax scopes any good?  Are they durable and do they have good optical qualities?

They are essentially Burris scopes.

I love my Pentax Gameseeker 1.75x5 with the Penta Plex crosshair setup.  Bright, clear view that's as good as the 4 Leupolds I have. Nice to have the fast focus on a quality scope. Good match for a wide variety of calibers and weapon models. Pentax

Pentax is an Asian company ?

Do they make Burris's Asian scopes ?

Or the other way arounf ?

Last I heard Burris makes most or all of the mechanical parts of the scopes and assembles them using Pentax supplied glass. The newer Asian (Philipines) made scopes may be different. The Pentax scopes I have and have seen have been solid. Very similar and comparable to Burris (for obvious reasons).

How good is the repeatability of the adjustments ?

I have a pentax lightseeker, and i believe it is one of their higher end offerings.  It has complete the box box test four times in the last year on a lightweight 7mm rem mag.  It has solid clicks and I am confident that when i change things my zero will stay put.
