I've got my AR15 flat top with a flip up rear sight and a Eotech with a bottom third setup. What would be the best way to zero this gun for close range to 200 yards?

Zero at 50 meters, and it will be dead on at about 200 meters as well.

How does that translate for flip ups and a Eotech?

Since there's no marked distance elevation adjustments on EOTechs and most flip up irons, just zero them at 50 yards like you normally zero sights.

Yup, zero the irons and the EO at 50 yards and you'll be set for everything 250 and closer.

Just shoot and adjust your sights until you get close to the middle...that is how I do it...

Magazinefed has it right. 50 Yard zero and you are good to go out to 225 or so.
