Besides the LMT what are my options for a fixed front sight mounted to a Handguard Rail or a Pica Gas Block?

I like the basic/original design of the LMT but the attachment bolt seems a bit big and I'm worried it will get snagged on equipment.  It's not like I am going to take it on and off readily.
