So my Troy BUIS came in the mail today from Larue Tactical, officially the most kick ass company around, but I am having some trouble working the "Adjustment Wheel". Its basically on there tighter than a fat chick on a Twinkie and no matter what I do I cannot get it to turn by hand. I thought it should of been relatively easy to adjust but this thing isn't. Do they usually loosen up? Did anyone else have this trouble?

Any help would be appreciated.

There's a detent in the bottom hole on the "wheel" that you have to depress every time you want to make an adjustment.

Sorry.. I couldn't help in time. I thought I'd illustrate your point, though.

Alright I might be plain special minded here but I still cant get the son of a bitch to move without the use of a screw driver...

I see the small shiny ball detent at the bottom of the "wheel". But I cant find a way to depress it by hand.

So every time I want to adjust it I need a bullet tip?

Every time you need to adjust it, you should have at least one bullet with you, otherwise, there shouldn't be a need to adjust, just afix bayonet
