| I guess you guys are right , after waiting two mounths for my vortex strikefire to come it came today worked for 30 secounds and the power button broke .You do get what you pay for, will send it back and get aimpoint after christmass. |

So, your first action was to post up bashing the product and vendor? If it were any onther industry supporter of the board you would probably be hung out to dry for doing so, but since its a new product you may get away with it.
Just a heads up, ALWAYS contact the company first. Customer service says as much as their product does. If you do not find satisfaction through the company and their service, then post up letting the world know about their shoddieness, till then... |

I can understand a bad day, and the frustration of waiting for a product only to have it stop working before you get a chance to use it, it really sucks.
Relax, enjoy the holidays, they will make things right, their reputation is on the line with every customer and they have a history of exellent customer service. I've been on Vortex's side since they announced the release of the Strike fire, not because I know them, or have ever purchased from them in the past, but because everyone said the Strikefire wouldn't work. Everyone wanted to bash them before the product was even released. I saw an American company trying to release a product in a price range where the only other option was a chinkmo clone. I put in an order early, and waited for months to get my chance to see the product. So far I have had no problems, but have seen posts from others who have, and seen that Vortex has taken care of all of them. Give them a chance to make things right. I've gambled on the company, and so far I'm winning, now I'm willing to bet that they make things right by you as well. Guess I have a habit of rooting for the under dog, can't help it. |
