i believe its the mini doctor optic.. they use them on pistols ect. thinking about the same set up aswell.

Tactical Night Vision's SAR (scope accessory ring)
Here used on my Micro T1, AR10, US Optics and LaRue SPR 1.5 mount

or ARMS 22 rings with TRP (tactical ring cap)
