Does a Trijicon sight need a warranty card on file to do warranty work?

It does help to register them but Trijicon has very good service.
Call them up and they will usually take care of about anything..

Warranty cards are mostly for marketing purposes. A mfg can't refuse to honor a warranty based on no warranty card being filled out.
There are certain instances where it can be required, but for general, all purpose warranties, just throw it in the trash.
