Looking for feedback if anyone has this. The one I'm interested in is the clamp on/rail mount sight that looks like a regular front sight base. LMT Front BUIS |
| They do what they are intended to do. I had one and gave it up for a Troy because I wanted a folding sight. It performs like any other front sight. You can put a night sight post in it if you want. The only difference between it and a regular FSB is that it has nothing to do with the gas system and mounts on the rails. It has that huge knob on the side but you can remedy that in about 5 minutes and replace it with a smaller nut if you desire. The only way you will know if you like it is to try one. They aren't that expensive and you can always sell it or keep it for trading purposes. |
