Never order from Botach Tactical!!! I'm sure there are alot of you out there saying yea i knew that... However I assure you that the measly 5% you may save from ordering there is not worth the hassel! They have by far the WORST processing times (takes 4 day to just process an order much less ship it), and also the lack of customer service. My suggestion is stick with the safe websites LaRue, Midway, Sportmansguide, ect... |
6 days is nothing. I ordered from them once, and when the item hadn't shipped in 3 MONTHS, I canceled my order.  Notice I said I ordered from them ONCE.

That's why I asked. I've ordered from them a bunch of times, and usually get pretty good delivery (but I'm never in a big hurry for this stuff, so 3 days, 6 days, it's all the same to me). One time, they never came through when I ordered a bunch of stuff from their site, and I eventually cancelled, but some people are saying they've improved their service in the last 6 months. My friend and I order from their sale emails, and they usually have that stuff in stock and ship fairly quickly. We've placed a half-dozen orders in the last 6 months, for batteries, Kershaw Blur and Camillus Rescue Heat knives, Quikclot, and other sale stuff, and delivery has been good. It takes a lot longer to fix a reputation than it does to damage it, so I'm looking for people with bad experiences in recent months. |
