I'd like some help with regard to a Service Rifle iron sight issue.

Article 6.1.2 (3) of the CMP rules states: "A corrective lens may be inserted in the rear sight hood".

Has any service rifle competitor here used such a corrective lens? Is this, or can this be, a corrective prescription insert? Where can I go to have such an insert made? Where can I buy the rear sight hood in which this optical insert is placed?

Any help appreciated. I appreciate hearing from HP rifle or service rifle competitors who have used such a corrective lens, and can tell me where to obtain one. Thanks.

Try http://www.bjonessights.com/AR15.html. I bought a service rifle awhile ago and it came with his setup. I called and talked to this guy on the phone and he was extrmely helpful.
