Anyone out there use the SpecterDR? I haven't heard much about them. It seems like the dual role could be of use to some folks. It looks like it would "clean up" the rifles appearance in contrast to a bulky Eotech or Aimpoint w/ magnifier. They are quite expensive though. Nice optic, built like a brick privy. However, its not as good as a true red-dot at 1x. Also, it does not zoom... you either get 1x or 4x, nothing in between. Its very expensive, and you literally cannot buy one right now due to military demand. I recommend you buy the Meopta Meostar RD with K-Dot and mount it in a LaRue SPR-E. Its a very robust setup with great optics, and zooms thru 1x-4x.. and its half the price.
